Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Digging, spreading, shoveling, and leveling dirt and gravel
Using a pick and shovel
Lift, carry, and support construction materials
Mix, pour, and spread concrete, gravel, and other materials
Excavation, trenching, erecting scaffolding, removing rubble and debris
Performing clean-up work related to the above tasks
Responsibilities
Physical Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to exert heavy physical effort, handling objects up to 25 pounds
Capability to kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, climb, or crawl
Ability to rig and hoist materials correctly
Comfort with heights without fear
Ability to maintain balance
Stand or walk for long periods, work in extreme weather conditions (cold, wet)
Work long, irregular hours, 50 to 70 hours per week
Maintain punctual attendance as per ADA, FMLA, and other standards
Perform essential job functions safely and effectively, meeting productivity standards
