- ** Job Description**: 1). Manage production department and develops annual site plan to achieve the company target.
2). Develop and implement production tracking and quality control system while control cost and minimize production lost
3). Develop and improve the overall factory operations to ensure that productivity is improved.
4). Monitoring the overall profit and loss in addition to finance of the company.
5). Control and management Raw Material, Finish Goods ,Packing ,Delivery and Inventory stock
6). Managing and analyzing the P&L, including managing the department budget.
7). Development Production Process and imrprove the production capacity.
- ** Requirement**:
- Male / Female, Age 40-47 years old
- Bachelor degree and have knowledge about chemical
- Have 7-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and 5 years in manager/ GM level.
- Good management skill and understand Japanese culture
- Have owner car
- Can specking Japanese N1
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: Japanese
- ** Working Hour**: 8.00 ~ 17.00
- ** Holiday**:
- Weekends (Sat-Sun)
