Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. The ideal candidate will come from the home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors, with a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects
Own Customer experience through out the customer journey
Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metrics
Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors
Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution
Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity
Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives
Key Requirements
8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors
People with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also apply
Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks
Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Educational Qualification
Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)
MBA or relevant management certification is a plus
