The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, starting in July and ending in November. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations (average 3 stores), sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink management, and related functions. Duties also include construction, opening, operating, and tear-down of assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory role. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.
