VICTVS Remote Exam Invigilator (Surveillant d’examen à distance)
VICTVS is recruiting Exam Invigilators to supervise professional exams online via our remote invigilation software.
This work is offered on a freelance or contractor basis and **is not a full-time position**.

Working Pattern:
Examinations typically last between 1.5 hours - 3.5 hours. You may be required to manage multiple examinations in the same day
You will be responsible for your own technological devices, which must meet the Minimum Requirement specifications as set by VICTVS.
Rate:
18 EUR per hour.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering examination instructions clearly and confidently
- Resolving technical issues independently or by contacting VICTVS technical support
- Reporting and recording incidents
Essential Requirements:
- English language (spoken and written)
- French - B2 level
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- Flexible attitude to work
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Able to communicate confidently, effectively and professionally
- Able to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills
- Follows instructions confidentially
- Punctual / good time management
Technical Specification:
To be considered for invigilation of remote online exams, you will require:
- A laptop or desktop PC in good working condition
- Reliable microphone and either speakers or headphones (We recommend the use of a headset)
- A good-quality webcam
- A quiet, well-lit and suitably presented workspace that can be used as a backdrop for the examinations

**Experience**:
How to Apply:
Successful applicants will be required to complete an online training course and have a call with a member of our team. Our interview and training process can take up to three hours to complete.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: €18,00 per hour
