The Golf Cook will work as a short order cook for the Majestic Oaks Pro Shop area.
Responsibilities include:
Taking orders and servicing customers
Preparing and making cold sandwiches and wraps
Grilling, cooking, and frying foods
Ordering and stocking kitchen and food supplies through the company requisition process
Maintaining good cleaning and sanitation habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, the grill, and fryer
Setting up and breaking down outdoor tables used for food preparation daily
Ensuring all products needed for smooth service are stocked and ready
Following established guidelines for menu and recipes
Maintaining high food quality at all times
Closing down the kitchen at the end of each shift
Assisting F&B Attendants with drink orders as needed
Minimum requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred: at least one year of cooking experience
Exceptional time management skills
Physical and environmental demands:
Standing for long periods, using hands for tasks, reaching, walking, talking, and hearing. Frequently lifting up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. The role is outdoors, exposed to hot, humid, or cold conditions, with moderate noise levels. The position involves working in a high-traffic environment and spending most of the time on your feet.
