As a Service Leader-Finance/Purchasing , we rely on you to
作为采购主管-财务部/采购，您的主要工作职责为：
1. Complete the procurement and supply plan indicators on time and in accordance with quantity and quality, actively explore the source market, compare goods (prices) with three, select high-quality and affordable materials and materials, and complete the responsibility indicators issued to reduce procurement and purchase costs.
按时按量按质完成采购供应计划指标，积极开拓货源市场，货(价)比三家，选择物美价平的物资材料，完成下达的降低采购购成本的责任指标。
2. Responsible for signing procurement contracts with customers, supervising the normal performance of the contract as scheduled, and urging the arrears, returns or claims.
负责与客户签订采购合同，督促合同正常如期的履行，并催讨所欠、退货或索赔款项。
3. Strictly control the quality of procurement, select samples for leaders to review and finalize, and purchase materials must be accompanied by quality assurance or on-site (commissioned) inspection. Assist relevant departments to properly solve problems in the process of use.
严把采购质量关，选择样品供领导审核定样，对购进物料均须附有质保书或当场(委托)检验。协助有关部门妥善解决使用过程中出现的问题。
4. Responsible for handling material acceptance, transportation and warehousing, inventory and handover and other procedures.
负责办理物料验收、运输入库、清点交接等手续。
5.Collect first-line commodity supply information, adjust and improve the company's procurement strategy and product raw material structure, and put forward reference opinions for new product development.
收集一线商品供货信息，对公司采购策略、产品原料结构调整改进，对新产品开发提出参考意见。
6. Fill in the relevant procurement forms and submit procurement analysis and summary reports.
填写有关采购表格，提交采购分析和总结报告。
