Bonus Program
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a Bonus Program, paid quarterly based on restaurant performance.
A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager
Control profitability by managing cash control/security procedures, inventory, labor, financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
Coach and train employees to operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Expected starting salary in Maryland: $55,000 - $60,000.
