Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned commissioning expert with in-depth technical knowledge of refinery processes and activities, specifically focusing on preparation, start-up, and operation.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Oversight of commissioning activities progression
Maintenance of awareness regarding clients' quality requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Preparation, Start-Up, and Operation of Key Units
The commissioning lead will be accountable for the preparation, start-up, and operation of various units, including RHCU/HCU Units, SDA Unit, ERU/SNOx Units, and Refinery Auxiliary Systems. These systems include Instrument Air, Nitrogen, Water Treatment, Potable & Demi Water, HP-MP-LP Steam, Fuel Gas, Fuel Oil, etc.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
A minimum of 25 years' experience in refinery technologies
At least 15 years' experience as a Commissioning Manager and 5 years' project experience
An advanced level of English language proficiency (speaking and writing)
