Responsibilities
Responsible for the Business plan implantation from time to time
Responsible for the targets set by the management time to time.
Responsible for developing good relationship and network amongst the Undergraduate colleges and corporates.
Responsible for smooth running of the cohorts by coordinating with faculty, facility and customers.
Will be part of the Management team managing this activity and give inputs in terms customer expectation and deliverables.
This position will be a business function and first point of contact for all customers.
Qualifications
A degree from any reputed University while a Post graduation is an additional advantage but not a must.
Requirements
3-8 years of experience as Business manager either in Banks or financial institutions or have experience in working with undergraduate colleges as business manager selling solution to the colleges.
This role involves extensive travelling across the country.
Should have good skill sets of co-ordination with diverse set of people.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
Excellent people management skills.
This role is revenue generation role hence it will come with fixed and variable component of salary.
It is a 6 day working opportunity and no work home options.
