Qingdao New Global School, XMandarin Chinese Language Centre provides a wide variety of courses for international students who are going to learn Mandarin Chinese during their Qingdao residence. Our Mandarin programs are offered all year round and customized to meet each student’s needs: survival, business, travel, daily life, education and so on. In the past years, more than 1000 students from all over the world have registered for Chinese courses with us, enjoying the time with our professional teachers and friendly staff and meanwhile putting into practice the language they learned. Both personal and company training are warmly welcomed and served. Quality assurance is our utmost concern and all feedback from our students is welcome.
Tasks
Assist in the development and implementation of language learning projects, ensuring they align with XMandarin's strategic goals and values.
Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to design and execute community outreach initiatives that promote language education and cultural exchange.
Coordinate with team members to gather and analyze data on project outcomes, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient project progression and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Support the development of new educational materials by researching current trends in language learning and integrating diverse teaching methods.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management or administrative support roles within an educational setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
