Contract Outline:
Role: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Construction / Defence
Location: Woking area (hybrid)
Contract Length: Temp-perm or long-term contract options
IR35: Inside (paid via CIS or Umbrella)

Role Overview:
The focus of the project is to improve the hard facilities maintenance of 59 sites in the South East region, through preventative maintenance and the modernisation of the Defence estate's buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
Skillset:
Bespoke contract experience - loosely based on NEC and JCT.Main contractor / Tier 1 experience.MOD experience preferred.Knowledge of RIBA stages 1-6.
