Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic thinker, a data whisperer, and a sales enabler extraordinaire who can bridge the gap between marketing, product, and sales. In this role, you’ll be the catalyst for driving productivity, performance, and alignment across our sales team. If you’re passionate about equipping salespeople with exactly what they need—before they even know they need it—this role is your next adventure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and lead a world-class Sales Enablement function aligned with Thrillophilia’s ambitious growth plans.
Develop and execute sales training programs , onboarding journeys, and continuous learning frameworks to empower the sales team.
Curate and create collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition decks that resonate with travel partners and thrill-seekers alike.
Be the voice of sales internally—collaborating with marketing, product, and ops to ensure alignment and feedback loops.
Monitor sales data, pipeline metrics, and feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
Drive adoption of CRM tools and automation , enabling a smarter, tech-savvy sales approach.
Stay ahead of trends—bring in industry best practices and tools to elevate the sales process and storytelling.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations , preferably in tech, SaaS, or travel domains.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C/D2C sales cycles , training methodologies, and performance analytics.
Stellar communication skills—your storytelling turns features into unforgettable benefits.
Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
You’re process-driven yet creative —able to combine data, empathy, and innovation.
Passion for travel and startups? Big plus!
