Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Software Integration Agent located in Mumbai. The AI Software Integration Agent will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence software into our systems, ensuring seamless operation and maximizing efficiency. Day-to-day tasks will include software deployment, troubleshooting, and monitoring AI performance.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current workflows and identify areas where AI/automation can drive efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments to understand functional requirements and pain points
Research, evaluate, and select AI tools e.g., chabot’s, analytics engines, workflow automation software
Deploy AI agents and fine-tune Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude) for internal business use
Work on integration of code with AI models via Python, REST APIs, or relevant SDKs
Design and implement AI-based solutions aligned with business objectives
Coordinate with software vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful integration
Monitor AI systems performance and provide ongoing optimization and support
Train staff on new tools and create user-friendly documentation and guidelines
Stay updated with AI trends and suggest continuous improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based systems, APIs, or RPA
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
