Critical Care Unit
Patient Population:
Ventilators, Central Line/Aline Management, CRRT/Dialysis, Critical Drips, Post Cath Procedures, STEMI, Balloon Pumps, Neuro/Stroke, tPA, Unstable Post-Surgical, Impella, PCU/Tele/Med-Surg Downgrades
Patient Ratios: 1:2-3
Number of Beds: 16 beds
Department Specifics:
Family and teamwork oriented. Patient/Staff safety is our top priority. Active Unit Based Council
Registered Nurse Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
License/Certification
o RN – Registered Nurse
o BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
Qualifications
Grad of an Accredited Program
Specialized field of study should be nursing.
RN license.
Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
