**Overview**:
**Salary**:
35,000 THB ~ 45,000 THB**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Other)- Analyzes complaints from customers and provides adequate resolutions.
- Tracks proposed resolutions and follows up with customers in a timely.
- Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
- Conduct surveys regarding products, services and customer service experiences.
- Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical, QA and production departments—in order to improve the overall customer experience.

**Requirement**:
- Female only, Age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 1 -5 years relevant working experience- Good English communication (Read & Write)
- Experience in customer service, Planning or logistic will be advantages.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
- Good Computer skill (MS word, Excel, NAV, PWP)
- Adaptability
- Able to handle work pressure, fast pace, able to handle demanding customers and bright ideas on problem solving for customers
- Service minded, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Positive attitude, Analytical thinking ,Problem analysis
