Qualifications,

Duties , and Perks

On an Average Day You Will:
(Includes, but not limited to)

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources.
Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to ensure alignment with patient care standards and promotional strategies.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and refine strategies.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field required.
7-10 years of business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry.
Strong understanding of the hospice industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
Passionate about hospice care, highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
