WORKING PARTNER WANTED full-time for working on Driveways/Interlock/Fences /Decks in the TORONTO area and nearby cities.
NO INVESTMENT REQUIRED!
We are two senior experienced partners with Truck/ machinery and much sales expertise with high end clients that are seeking one or two independent contractor adult male working partners on a profit sharing basis.
If you are not satisfied with the amount of money you have been making by working by the hour OR by working many hours as a subcontractor OR you have been running your own business that is sometimes running out of new high end jobs and not achieving the high profits, that you expected for your good efforts, then consider joining our team as an independent contractor/ partner .
We strive to do work for mainly high end clients that own big homes and expensive properties which translates into higher pay for everyone involved!
Driveways/Interlock requires person for:
Pressure Washing, sweeping in polymeric sand, and applying sealer on Interlock driveways, pathways, patios and Concrete Walkways.
Person with some prior experience with laying of NEW INTERLOCK stones and/or removing and replacing interlock paving stones would be preferred.
Person with some prior experience with SEAL COATING BLACK ASPHALT and applying black sealer to driveways also needed.
-Fences /Decks Requires:
Person to machine spray and hand brush on Cedar Stain (water based) to wooden fences/decks.
Person with some sales and estimates experience would be an extra talent with extra bonus paid. .
Bonus profit sharing plan or associated partnership may be available to the right person with no investment required.
***Optional live in accommodations in a private basement apartment of a multi million dollar home on huge lot with large concrete swimming pool with sauna available for the right single mature and responsible adult working partner.
