Position Overview:
We’re currently hiring motivated Leasing Agents to join our team. This is a commission-based role with a very competitive structure, ideal for go-getters who want flexibility, growth, and the opportunity to earn based on performance. Access to a vehicle is a big plus, allowing you to conduct your own viewings and close deals faster.

Responsibilities:
• Post property listings across designated platforms
• Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule showings
• Conduct property viewings (if you have a vehicle)
• Assist with the rental application process
• Communicate regularly with landlords and our internal team
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Vehicle access is a strong asset, but not mandatory
• Must reside in the GTA and be legally eligible to work in Canada
• No real estate license required
