Production Operatives Wanted in South Woodham Ferrers
Pay Rate: GBP11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Overtime paid 1.3 including sat, double time Sundays (in busy periods overtime will be available)
Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Location: South Woodham Ferrers CM3 (Due to the location, own transport is required)
Job Description: We are seeking Production Operatives for our client, a busy factory in South Woodham Ferrers. This role involves various production tasks and does not require previous experience as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling parts and metal unitsGluingUsing screwdrivers and drills (Not all jobs)Packing productsGeneral production work in a busy factory environment Knowledge & Skills:
No prior experience is necessaryAttention to detail and good communication skillsAbility to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitudeAdherence to health and safety regulations Ideal Candidates Will:
Be reliable, flexible, and trustworthyBe willing to learn and take on new tasksHave their own transport due to the location
