Prestige Hauling (2024) Ltd. is an Alberta based, family owned transportation company that specializes in hauling camp shacks for mines, modular office buildings, modular/mobile homes and modular portable school classrooms. The company is diverse and holds the reputation as the company who can “get it done”, hauling specialized loads, across western Canada and remote northern locations.
As a class 1 winch truck driver, you will be responsible for the loading and securement of modular buildings, and must work well with pilot vehicles during the transport of loads. At destination, working with our setting crews, the buildings are placed on a variety of different sites - residential, commercial and school yards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Must be able to drive manual transmission trucks
- Be able to use smart phones and/or tablets for electronic logbooks
- Physical work required with frequent lifting up to 50lbs
- Oversized load (14' wide to 30' wide) experience is an asset
- Winch experience
- Dolly experience is an asset
