**Role Overview: Primary Years Programme (PYP) - Mathematics Specialist (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Deliver engaging and student-centered mathematics
- lessons for students from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement an inquiry-based mathematics curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.
**Primary Years Programme (PYP) - English Teacher (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
- Promote a love for reading and effective communication skills through a variety of engaging activities.
- Plan and implement differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate language arts across the curriculum.
**Primary Years Programme (PYP) - Unit of Inquiry (UOD) Teacher (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences through the Unit of Inquiry framework for students from Kindergarten to Grade 5.
- Support students in exploring transdisciplinary themes and making connections across
- Plan and implement authentic assessments that reflect student understanding and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and engaging PYP curriculum
**Middle Years Programme (MYP) - Mathematics Specialist (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Deliver rigorous and conceptually-based mathematics instruction to students from Grade 6 to Grade 10.
- Foster an environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning
- Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and provide targeted support.
**Middle Years Programme (MYP) - Science Teacher (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Deliver engaging and inquiry-based science lessons to students from Grade 6 to Grade 10.
- Foster scientific curiosity and critical thinking skills through hands-on experiments and investigations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units that incorporate scientific principles.
- Assess student understanding through a variety of formative and summative assessments
**Middle Years Programme (MYP) - Humanities Teacher (3 Posts)**
- Responsibilities:_
- Foster an appreciation for global perspectives and encourage critical thinking about
- societal issues.
- Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
**Requirements for all positions**:
- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching in an IB school or familiarity with the IB curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
