Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Junior Associate Mantri at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The ideal candidate will have knowledge about marketing activities for loans, savings, BRILink, and other banking services.
Main Responsibilities:
To carry out marketing activities for loans, savings, BRILink, and other banking services.
To initiate and analyze loan proposals.
To provide guidance to BRI Unit customers and BRILink agents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
A maximum age of 25 years for fresh graduates and 30 years for those with at least 1 year of work experience in the banking industry.
A good character certificate issued by the police department.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to enjoy challenges and build extensive networks.
Will to be assigned to any office within the BRI Regional Office Bandar Lampung area.
