As we continue to expand our team of Advanced Practice Providers in the vibrant Tucson area, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonary Medicine team at Banner University Medical Group.
Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support our growing pulmonary practice, assisting patients with a variety of pulmonary conditions. You'll work alongside a team of highly trained specialists, including pulmonologists, allergy, and critical care experts, to deliver comprehensive care. In this outpatient-only role, you will perform patient assessments, physical exams, and assist in managing both new and established patients with pulmonary disease.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and physical exams
Help manage both new and established patients with pulmonary conditions
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of specialists
Focus on outpatient care in the growing Tucson area
Qualifications:
Current Arizona License or eligibility to obtain
DEA with prescriptive authority required
One year of experience in pulmonology preferred
Ambulatory care experience preferred
Highly qualified new graduates with related/specialty experience will be considered
