Position: Registered Nurse - Avamere Rehab of Lebanon
Position:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Wage: $50-60/hr DOE
Status:
Full Time
Schedule:
Sunday/Monday/Friday Day Shift-6am-6pm

Lebanon, OR

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and maintain nursing standards
Complete recordkeeping for admissions, transfers, and discharges
Coordinate daily care with nursing staff
Administer medications and review medication accuracy
Supervise CNAs and chart care provided
Participate in facility surveys and maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Qualifications:
Nursing degree from an accredited institution
Active RN or LPN license
Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Effective communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English and CPR/BLS certified
