Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (Home Care - PRN)
Addus is searching for an LPN to join our team. Quality patient care is a top priority, and employees are recognized as our greatest asset. This home care opportunity has no weekends and no on-call schedule.
Hours: Self-scheduled during the week Monday through Friday. No weekends.

As an Addus Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) you will:
Complete medication set up for homebound clients
Check vitals
Monitor skin condition
Nail care
Supervisory visits
And other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
New nurses welcome.
Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment.
Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely.
