We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Installer will be responsible for installing various products such as Vinyl and Steel siding, LP Smart and Hardie, including soffit and fascia installation while ensuring to meet quality standards.
Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
- Able to work on a ladder, stage and boom lift (working at heights certificate an asset, otherwise training will be offered)
- Execute installations of products with precision, including caulking and finishing touches.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement solutions promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar maintenance person or carpentry role.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
MUST:
- Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle is required for transportation to job sites.
- Have own construction equipment including working boots, hard hat, tool belt and small tools.
Salary will be determined based on experience.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Day shift Monday to Friday
