Senior UX Designer – Complex Systems / Retail & Supply Chain Focus
We are seeking a seasoned UX Design Leader with 15+ years of experience to help shape the future of user-centric enterprise applications. If you are passionate about creating intuitive, elegant, and data-driven interfaces for complex systems — this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Senior UX Designer, you will take a strategic role in crafting the user experience for a responsive web-based portal used by category management and procurement teams. You'll lead research, design, and validation efforts for systems that span analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional workflows, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs.
This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, and help shape long-term design vision across multiple category groups.
What You'll Do
Lead and conduct UX research, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and field studies
Translate insights into personas, journey maps, and workflows
Create information architecture, user flows, and wireframes (low & high-fidelity)
Develop high-fidelity mockups in Figma, aligned with design systems and dev needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement design solutions
Drive adoption of design systems, including MUI and AG-Grid where applicable
Mentor junior designers and foster a strong design culture within the team
Own the design blueprint, from discovery to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality
Your Toolbox
Figma – deep experience required (auto layout, components, variants, design tokens)
Design Systems – experience using or building scalable design systems (e.g., MUI)
Prototyping – from concept to developer-ready mockups
Data Visualization – understanding of analytics dashboards and visual clarity
Front-End Know-How – bonus points for working knowledge of HTML/CSS/React
Agile Collaboration – comfort working in sprints and co-owning delivery roadmap
