Role: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Spain or Poland (anywhere in these countries)
Mode of Work: Remote Work
Permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design:
Develop and document Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Create data models and architectures that support business processes.
Design integrations with other systems and applications.
Build proof-of-concept (POC) prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility.
Implementation and Support:
Oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the designed specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
Business Alignment:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Understand business needs and challenges to design effective solutions.
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills and Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom development, and Conga and integration; Understanding of Mulesoft and integration technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Diagnostics Commercial business knowledge is beneficial
Experienced with Cloud databases and SAP will be very useful
