Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000About the Role:

We're working with an exciting fashion brand looking for a passionate CRM Executive to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact across both online and in-store customer journeys.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns across the European region - ensuring accuracy, relevance, and performance in everything you do. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in building customer loyalty, driving retention, and maximising ROI through personalised communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns across email and SMS (BAU and ad hoc), including newsletters, lifecycle comms, and behavioural triggers

Maintain 100% accuracy across all campaign variants through thorough QA, testing, and management of translation timelines

Support the Email & CRM Specialist in rolling out a personalised communication strategy across regions

Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content

Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Merchandising, PR, Retail) to ensure consistency and alignment

Manage campaign-level reporting to deliver actionable insights and support optimisation

Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve CRM performance

Troubleshoot technical issues with internal and external stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure seamless delivery

Stay on top of CRM trends and contribute ideas to enhance strategy and customer experience

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, or similar role (ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors)

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and segmentation tools

Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics and making strategic recommendations

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Proactive and agile, with a genuine passion for marketing innovation and customer experience
