ลักษณะงาน
Proactively monitor tokenization industry trends and regularly engage with the communitythrough education, networking, and events
Lead Business Development to achieve sales target
Establish partnerships and manage relationships with clients and partners
Seek for potential clients, identify business opportunities, manage proposals, and pitchfor new business
Provide necessary analysis for crafting a new strategic direction, business model, andgrowth strategy
Ideate and develop tokenization offerings with value propositions and realistictime-to-market
Manage end-to-end project activities, e.g. develop problem definition, pain points,user-centric solution
Work with cross-functional teams to execute and ensure the achievement of a project goal.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business or technology-related field
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnership/ Client management/ Product Development
Experience in Digital Assets and Blockchain is a plus
Possessing expertise in financial products and services is beneficial
Strong and proven analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast, and work under pressure with minimum supervisory
Positive can-do attitude, open-minded, self-motivated, and drive for success
Fluent in Thai and English
