Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator II to bring their passion for resident engagement into our community.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $58,000 annually

How you will make an impact:

Conducting assessments of potential residents
Developing referral networks within the community for available services
Ensuring a positive resident experience through Welcome Home program
Assisting residents to develop activities within the community, while encouraging self-sufficiency among residents
Collaborating with all pertinent departments to coordinate room usage for activities/events
Maintaining and distributing electronic and paper-based calendars
Maintaining community event information in the MyEvents system
Recruiting, orienting and assessing internal and external volunteers to participate in the social programming of the community
Partnering with the Continuing Care Program Team to seek connections with appropriate volunteer resources, including intergenerational activities and connection to independent living activities.

What you will need:

Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting.
Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.
Flexibility to attend community events, which may include evenings and weekends.
