Channel Sales Manager position, individual contributor, responsible for channel development and ultimately drive sales revenue growth.
1. Channel Strategy Planning and Development
- Formulate and execute channel sales strategies, analyze market trends and competitive landscapes, identify potential channel partners to achieve wide coverage and market share growth of the company's products or services in target markets.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with various channel partners (including distributors, agents, retailers, etc.), conduct regular partner relationship evaluations and optimizations to ensure the effectiveness and mutual benefits of cooperation.
2. Channel Sales Target Achievement
- Based on the company's overall sales goals, break down and set sales tasks and performance indicators for each channel, co-work with the channel team to drive sales work and ensure the achievement and continuous growth of sales performance in each channel.
- Monitor channel sales data and business progress, conduct regular sales data analysis and sales forecasts, and adjust sales strategies and action plans in a timely manner to respond to market changes and sales challenges.
3. Partner Management and Support
- Be responsible for the recruitment, screening, signing and training of channel partners, ensure that partners have an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and possess corresponding sales and marketing capabilities.
- Provide continuous business support to channel partners, including product knowledge technical/commercial training, sales skills training, marketing plan formulation, pre-sales and after-sales technical support, etc., assist partners in solving problems and difficulties encountered in the sales process and improve partners' sales performance and customer satisfaction.
-Generate reports as requested in a professional and timely manner: sales performance reports, projects reporting/conflicts, pricing and margin review, etc.
4. Channel Conflict Coordination and Management
- Timely identify and properly handle conflicts and contradictions among channels and between channels and the company's internal sales team.
5. Advocate to effective and efficient cross-function cooperation.
6. Other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor degree is preferred (Electric and Automation, Engineering, other majors elated, etc.)
Minimum 10 years' sales or partner management experience in instrument industry, familiar to equipment manufacturing or process automation markets.
Strong sales and business development experience.
Have a good skill to set up the relationship with the partners/customers .
Result driven, good communication skills, inter-personal skills and complexity managing.
Microsoft Office, SAP, Business Intelligence. Fluent English will be preferred.
