Skilled Sit Down Clamp Forklift Operator Needed in North Omaha, NE!
Shift:
1st: 4am-12:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $17.50
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sit Down Clamp Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a sit down clamp forklift to handle various materials and goods within our warehouse environment. Responsibilities
Operate sit down clamp forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage containers using the forklift.
Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the forklift to ensure safety and functionality.
Ensure that products are stored in designated areas and follow proper labeling procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
Valid forklift operator certification and experience operating sit down clamp forklifts.
Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in material handling.
Ability to lift heavy objects and operate forklifts in tight spaces.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime or varied shifts as needed.
