Position: FT Member Service Guide - Work From Home
[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive pay - As a Member Service Guide at Firefly Health, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to members by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages to assist members with coverage, benefits, and claims questions;
Support the Firefly app by troubleshooting login issues and guiding customers through their first interactions with the platform;
Utilize various software systems to accurately document member interactions and update member information.
