- 1-3 years of experience in medical device complaints handling or PMS activities
- Knowledge of global medical device regulations
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints using our system
- Collaborate with teams for operational efficiency
- Organize and oversee daily tasks
- Ensure adherence to processes and compliance standards
- Provide regular updates to the lead associate
