On call as needed Certs REQ: BLS and ARRT Is on-call REQ? Y - 0-4 call assignments every 14 days. Meaning up to 4 is required. Any more opportunities above 4 are elective. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? N Floating Req to Sister Facilities: N Open to accommodating block schedule? N Locals accepted: Y - No Radius Pending State License accepted: Y RTO Restrictions:
