Social Care Deputy Manager – Mainstream Residential
Contract: Full-time Permanent Position
Typical schedule: 70/30 split between admin and shift work (sleepover shifts)
Salary: €20.11 - €22.44 per hour, plus premium rates for sleepovers
Location: Monkstown, Co. Cork
To work as part of a care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. To assist the Centre Manager in the day-to-day running of the residential home, by supporting a motivated team of staff to deliver care to the young people placed in the house. To promote teamwork, and take responsibility with the Centre Manager for the effective administration of the house.

Requirements:
Level 7 or 8 in applied Social Studies or Similar field
3 years' experience of working in a social care setting with children and young people
Experience in leading a team
Car and full Licence
Full Flexibility
