Location: Bathurst & Centre (Thornhill)
Job Type: Temporary (4 days)
Dates Needed: April 9–12, 2025
Pay: $20/hr
Job Description:
We’re hiring temporary staff to help during our busiest time of the year. Our small food business prepares hundreds of orders in just a few days, and we need quick, reliable, detail-oriented people to help us get the job done right.
Duties Include:
• Reading order sheets and assembling food orders
• Packaging and labeling food correctly
• Stocking fridges and organizing orders for customer pick-up
• Serving customers at the counter
• Assisting the kitchen and cashier as needed
• Helping carry orders out to customer vehicles
Work Schedule:
• Wednesday, April 9: 10AM – 6PM
• Thursday, April 10: 9AM – 10PM
• Friday, April 11: 8AM – 12AM
• Saturday, April 12: 8AM – 4PM
(End times are approximate, be prepared to stay later if necessary)
What We’re Looking For:
• Fast learners who work well under pressure
• Great attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for long hours and working on your feet
• Can follow directions quickly and work well with others
• Punctual and professional attitude
• Experience in food service or retail is a bonus but not required
Important:
This job is fast-paced and requires focus. If you can’t keep up, you will be asked to leave the shift. We’re looking for people who are ready to work hard and help us deliver for our customers.
