Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing company, is seeking an accomplished Head of FP&A to lead its Thailand operations. This high-impact role will oversee a large finance team (20-30 staff) and play a critical role in driving financial efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, cost analysis, and compliance, along with strong leadership capabilities to develop local talent and enhance business performance.
Purpose of the Role: Develop and execute the financial strategy for operational units, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and process optimization to drive efficiency and profitability.
Main responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead scenario analysis and adjust plans proactively to stay ahead of market changes.
Cost Management & FP&A:
Optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operational units.
Track and control costs, improve financial efficiency, and drive ROI optimization.
Provide business leaders with financial insights to support data-driven decisions.
Process & Performance Optimization:
Standardize and enhance FP&A and accounting processes for maximum efficiency.
Implement technology-driven improvements to boost financial accuracy and control.
Monitor key financial metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, inspire, and grow a world-class finance team.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that drives results.
Partner with HR to attract, develop, and retain top finance talent.
