I am looking for an enthusiast (preferably a high school or university student) with experience in 3D printing, residing in the Greater Toronto Area, who can help with the following tasks for a reasonable compensation:
• Create a 3D model/drawing for a relatively simple black plastic part (estimated complexity: 2 out of 10) with dimensions 90mm × 160mm × 5mm. (The 5mm height is only due to a rim around the perimeter, while the thickness of the bottom wall is just 1-2mm).
• Print a prototype of the part using your 3D printer.
It is very likely that 1-2 iterations will be needed to refine the design and reprint the part.
If the person demonstrates a responsible and professional approach, they will be periodically offered similar and more complex projects in the future. Alternatively, I can provide a reference for prospective employers and confirm it over the phone.
