Responsibilities:
Coffee Craftsmanship:
Prepare a diverse range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, cold brews,
and pour-overs, adhering to our strict quality standards.
Showcase your expertise in latte art, adding a personalized touch to each coffee creation and
elevating the visual appeal of our beverages.
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering a genuine and inviting
atmosphere in our coffee shop.
Actively engage with customers, attentively listening to their preferences and providing expert
recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to
exceed their expectations and resolve any issues.
Client Experience Enhancement:
Implement our company’s customer service principles, ensuring each visitor feels valued,
respected, and appreciated throughout their time in our coffee shop.
Collaborate with colleagues to curate unique and engaging customer experiences.

Coffee Quality Assurance and Food Presentation:
Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and food prep area, adhering to strict hygiene and
sanitation standards.
Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring that all supplies and
