Now Hiring a Human Resources Manager!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee various HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, initial interviews, and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, benefits, and employee relations while contributing to a positive work environment and company culture.

Job Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Conduct initial interviews and manage I9, background checks, and drug tests
Oversee ADP payroll processing, time card checks, and PTO requests
Plan and schedule company events
Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions
Administer benefits, open enrollment, and 401k plans
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Develop and implement new employee orientations
Address and manage issues related to sexual harassment
Essential

Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in human resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with all aspects of Human Resources
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Availability to work on Saturdays during tax season (can work remote)
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
SHRM certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
