**Requirements**:
Proven experience in front office management within a luxury hospitality setting (3- 5 years)
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge of other languages will be highly appreciated
Strong ability to create empathy
Passion for delivering unparalleled guest service.
