Job Description:
Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to deliver business value.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business units, and development teams to align product goals with customer needs.
Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring clarity, consistency, and feasibility of features.
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features based on user insights and data.
Communicate the product vision and roadmap clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Drive product discovery, prototyping, and validation to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.
Mentor and support junior Product Owners or team members as needed.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and QA.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product data and user feedback.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Thai with good command of English communication.
Hybrid work model with 2 days/week WFH.
