We need a Retail manager at our Lavington, NSW location.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock levels, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
Monitor sales trends, adjust pricing strategies, and implement national and local promotional campaigns.
Execute in-store marketing, upselling, and customer engagement initiatives to drive sales.
Provide excellent customer service, assist with product selection, and handle feedback and complaints effectively.
Track financial transactions, analyse sales data, and manage budgets to maintain profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring optimal scheduling and performance management.
Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular audits and compliance checks.
Maintain operational efficiency, controlling costs while upholding Red Rooster's service and quality standards.
Skills required:
AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma level studies
At least one years of experience as a Retail Manager in the same industry
Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage inventory, budgets, and sales performance.
