Dairy farm in Lacombe has 3 labour position openings. Job one,
- looking for a reliable morning and afternoon milker ,Milking times start at 3.30 am and pm and finish about 7.15. Must be able to work every second weekend .
Job two.
-Feeding and bedding baby calves
-Changing groups for ,milkers and cleaning stalls
-Pushing up feed
-Must be able to work alone as well with others
-Must be able to work every second weekend.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Hours 3 am to approx 7;15 am .
Job #3
EXPERIENCED full time dairy farm labour.
Jobs include but not limited to -
- able to run skid steer
- pressure washing parlor every week
- greasing and doing maintenance on equipment in barn weekly
- feeding new born calves colostrum that are born during the day and giving fresh cows boluses
- report any cows and heifers in heat
- feeding every second weekend when full time feeder is off
- doing afternoon milking that starts at 3.30
- able to AI would be a asset
