We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at the Unilever Konya Ice Cream Factory.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for using engineering tools and analysis programs to solve process issues and develop working parameters for the processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Focusing on development for error proof and full proof methodologies to eliminate the need for alignment and adjustment.
Responsible for safety in the area and the occupational health of people working with.
Taking responsibilities in the design phase for new projects or any improvements.
Supporting innovation network meetings for new product launches in terms of technical know-how.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
Requirements:
University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Engineering with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, productivity, and quality assurance.
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
