About the Role
Right now, we - re looking for a casual Orderly to join the team. This role requires lots of energy and vigor to become part of the team and you - ll enjoy the flexibility of a truly varied role and never a dull moment or a day that looks like another!
About the Team/Service/ Location
Based at Timaru Hospital you will join in with a team who are in charge of the physical tasks across the service, including moving and delivering items such as medical equipment, blood products, medical specimens and laundry. The role works across several operating locations.
You will also be the face of Heath New Zealand - South Canterbury, being the ones to move patients, giving you the opportunity to warm them up or calm them down during their patient journey with us.
About You
Although you will sometimes be working alone and unsupervised in various locations, you will always be linked to our reliable orderly team by radio. They - ve got your back, and you - ve got theirs too.

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the ETU Collective Agreement and the salary will be in accordance with the relevant Pay Scale.
