Are you a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant (HCA) looking for a rewarding role in healthcare? Medex 24 Ltd is hiring skilled and caring professionals to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals in need.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Assisting service users with daily personal care and support.
* Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
* Supporting individuals with mobility, medication, and meal preparation.
* Providing emotional and social support in a healthcare setting.
* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Support Worker or HCA (preferred but not essential).
* A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and night shifts if required.
* Up-to-date Moving & Handling and Medication Administration training (or willingness to complete training).
* DBS check (Enhanced) required – we can assist with this process if needed.
